I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless NorCalChristianEvents.com from and against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses resulting from: 1) the advertisement content 2) violation of privacy rights or infringement of copyrights 3) any federal, state or local law relating to the client materials 4) any breach by client with the terms of this agreement. This agreement may be cancelled by NorCalChristianEvents.com or client with a 30 day written notice.
